CANCELATIONS & RETURNS

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer service team (support@sophieteaart.com) within 48 hours of purchasing. Any cancellation requests made within this timeframe will be refunded at our discretion. Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of the 48 hour window will not be accepted.

If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team (support@sophieteaart.com) within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email. 

1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).

2. A photo of the damaged product

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box
