For those of you who have been following along, you’ll know that entering the auction world has been a wild ride for me! I’m committed to building and developing my secondary market value in order to push my artwork to investment grade standard for all you wonderful collectors.

I met the beautiful Mia when I was searching for set designers for my show at The London Palladium. She is phenomenal, she’s dressed weddings all over the world and for me, her artistry lies in her ability to give a piece of fabric an entire personality. I met up with Mia in my studio a couple of weeks ago for a Send Nudes Live debrief. I told her about the auction world and literally within an hour of meeting, we were on the floor planning something amazing for an auction less than a week later, classic.

Two days later, I drove to her absolutely stunning farmhouse studio out in the countryside, and what we made is one of my favourite pieces ever. I’m fascinated by her process and for me, it’s always interesting to see how other creatives work. Our styles are starkly contrasted, yet Cyanea is a symbiosis of this, it represents two independent female artists coming together to make something magical.

Mia kept the drapes that our nudies were splattered on at Send Nudes Live and we incorporated them into the piece. Although our styles are different, we agreed that it should be inspired by the breathtaking natural curves of the female form. We hand stitched beads and used 24k gold chain, to add a bit of boujiiness ofc.

The piece sold for £3,750 which is amazing for my first collaboration and I’m just so lucky to be able to meet people like Mia. I just don’t know why I wasn’t collaborating before!!! This is all happening cause I’m back in LONDON BABYYYY
