We are so excited to have launched our brand new website this week and level up our purchasing experience! As always, we offer instalment plans on all our artwork and to make this process even easier, we have introduced a new system -!

We wanted to share how this all works with you, ahead of our exciting product launch this Sunday! Here is all you need to know...

Do I need to create a need Sophie Tea Account?

Yes, you'll need to set up a new account and profile. You can do this here. We encourage you to make an account on our new website in preparation for any future purchases so you can secure your artwork quickly!

What happens if I already have a payment plan running from a previous purchase?

Don't worry, if you currently have a payment plan running with us, you don't need to do anything else. 

To view your current payment plans you can log on to view your account with your old details at (This site is currently not live as we finalise the transfer of our new website, so please bare with us for a few days!) 

What is is a payment plan software, allowing customers to have flexible instalment plans with no fees. 

Do I need to set up an account?

Yes! Creating your account is super easy and secure. You will be prompted to create a account when you select the payment plan option on our website! If you wish to create your customer account now to save time when purchasing your Artwork, you can do at Once you have set your account up, your payment method will be saved for all future payment plans!

How do I log into my account?

Can I tailor my payment schedule?

Depending on your payment plan, you will be able to tailor your instalment schedule. Typically our instalment plans run between 2-12 months with a minimum of £100 per month. The payment schedule for each drop will be different but all the information will be available at the time.

Do I have to complete all payments to receive my Artwork?

No! You only have to pay your first instalment to receive your piece. Then you can enjoy your Artwork whilst you pay for it!

My payment method was lost, stolen or cancelled. How can I add a new payment method?

To update your payment method, please log into your account and click the “Payment Methods” option on the menu at the top of the page and add a new payment method. Make sure you click ‘Use for all Payment Plans’ to make it your default card. 

Does require a credit check?
No. does not require any credit checks to open a payment plan!

Does accept PayPal? 

No, does not accept PayPal at this time.

What payment methods does accept? accepts all major credit and debit cards.
