Sophie has been overloaded with questions on Instagram about the Nudie launch so we wanted to make sure we had all your questions answered before the drop on the 21st Jan!
How many Nudies are being released?
100! All hand painted original nude paintings.
Do the artworks come with a Golden Retriever?
We wish!
Can I pick the painting I want or will I get a random one?
You can of course pick which piece you would like. All 100 paintings will be listed online on the launch day. Remember they are all one of a kind so once it’s sold it’s sold!
Where is Sophie’s playsuit from?
A boutique called ‘This &That’.
Are these Nudies the same size as the previously launched Nudies?
No, these Nudies are larger!! The previous pieces were 9”x11” and these are 11”x15”. Bigger is better baby!
What colours are the pieces?
There is a range of colours; multicoloured, shades of green, pinks and blues and some more neutral pieces as well! The pieces above will be in the drop.
When will my artwork arrive?
We say within 4 weeks however, with Covid some items have been arriving a little later and yet others much quicker! If you have any concerns about your order send your order number in an email to studio@sophieteaart.com and we will look into it and get back to you ASAP!
What are they painted on?
The Nudies are hand painted on acrylic which is mounted in front of silver mirror so they have this amazing 3D look!
Are the artworks signed?
Yes! All of the Nudies are hand signed by Sophie.
What bangers is Sophie listening to in the studio?

Do the Nudies come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, the Nudies will come with a certificate of authenticity.
Where were the artworks made?
In Sophie’s studio in Sydney, Australia. They will then be shipped back to our studio in London to be beautifully packaged and sent out to you.
Do the artworks hang on a wall or can they only sit on a shelf?
Both! Each painting is framed in a beautiful handmade, white box frame and has a sawtooth hanger mounted on the back so it can be hung on a wall or it can sit on a flat surface.
How many times did Sophie dip her paintbrush in her tea instead of her water?
So far zero but there’s still a few days left until the drop!
Do I have to pay interest if I choose to pay in instalments?
No. We do not have interest on our instalment payments. How we work out our instalments is the whole amount minus the deposit divided over 12months.
I don’t live in Australia or the UK can I still order?
Yes, we ship all artworks internationally!
Can I pay over 6 months instead of 12 months?
Of course! If you want to make any adjustments to your instalments just leave a note when you place your order.
Can I reserve a piece?
Unfortunately not, this is why we do our newsletter pre-release to give you a chance to get in there quickly! So make sure you’re subscribed xxx
Is it possible to pay off my instalments sooner if I wanted to?
Yes of course! Just pop an email over with your order number and we can sort it out for you.
