What is the difference between an Original and a Print?

Prints are high resolution scans of an Original Artwork which are then printed onto premium paper. An Original Artwork is a piece of artwork that has been hand painted and one of a kind.

I have made an order, what’s next?

Congratulations! Now that you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation sharing your order number and a summary of the production and dispatch process. So keep an eye out for it in your inbox.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly ship globally to all countries around the world.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we take a variety of payment methods. Please check out our accepted Payment methods page for all the information.

My bank card is lost / stolen that I used to pay for my instalments, what do I do?

We got you! Just login to your account with us and update your details by including your new card. If you have a current instalment plan with us you will also need to update your details on your Partial.ly account under payment methods.

Do I have to pay TAX and Custom Charges?

We ship worldwide, all TAX and Custom Charges are covered by Sophie Tea Art.

I have forgotten my account password, what should I do?

No problem, you can reset your password here to log back into your account.

If you had a Sophie Tea Art account prior to 2022 you will need to create a new account with us (this is to accomodate some of the new and exciting changes that have been made to our website). You can make a new account here.

I have made my purchase, when do I expect my order?

The nature of the product you have ordered will dictate the wrapping and packing times. In general you should expect to receive your artwork within 6-8 weeks.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and text message which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.

My order arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Please see the CANCELATION & RETURNS for the required step by step instructions.

I have entered an incorrect delivery address to my order, how do I change this?

If your order is in process, please feel free to contact support@sophieteaart.com to request a change of delivery. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the courier service (using your WAYBILL number) to do this.

If I choose to pay with instalments, can I pay my reminder off in full afterwards?

Do I have to wait for instalment payments to be paid in full to receive my order?

The answer is No!

After paying your first down payment on your instalment plan you will recieve your order in 6-8 weeks! So you can pay off your piece whilst it's hanging on your wall!
