SHOW UPDATE: NEW RESTRICTIONS

Posted by admin on

Hiya loves,

We just wanted to give an update about our upcoming events in regards to the new restrictions in London as a lot of you have asked questions! Especially those of you that are traveling from other cities.

What measurements are in place in the store?
Firstly we just wanted to reassure you that we are following gov.uk guidelines as carefully as we can to ensure that the shop is a safe environment for all of you to visit. A mask is necessary in order to enter the store unless you are exempt and all staff members will be wearing one too. Track and Trace QR codes are asked of you on entry; if you have the app we kindly ask you to check-in. There are hand sanitisation units on entrance and exit of the store and placed around the store. We also remind you to keep a 2m distance between other customers when in the store. Friendly reminders to both, keep a distance, and wear a mask are placed around the store.

Can I still travel to the show?
With the new guidelines in place, we want to remind you that you must only attend the show with people from your household. For example, if you live with your 4 friends that is fine for all 5 of you to attend as one group. However, you cannot meet up with your friends that aren’t part of your household to attend the show. If you don’t cancel your tickets and still attend the show we will assume you are attending with your household. No groups larger than 6 will be allowed in the store together.

If you no longer wish to attend with the new restrictions we are gutted but of course, that is absolutely fine, health comes first! Please log in to your Eventbrite to cancel your tickets to free up the space for someone else! We have something excited planned for those who cannot attend.

The area I live is in a different tier, can I still attend?
Please always double-check the latest guidelines for the area you live in as they all differ. If you do choose to travel please ensure it is only with your household and you practice handwashing and wear your mask for the entire journey.

We ask if anyone is feeling unwell before the event to not attend and self-isolate as per government guidelines. You must also not attend if you have recently been in contact with someone who has tested COVID positive.

Any more questions please pop an email over to hannah@sophieteaart.com

Thanks so much for understanding, can’t wait for things to get better and we can throw the biggest event ever!!!!

Love you all
